Bruce-Low Hair hairdressing training is about taking hairdressers on a journey of discovery and understanding.
We believe in breaking it down into simple, easy-to-understand lessons, finding weaknesses and helping you to learn and turn it around so your weaknesses can become your strengths.
But of course everyone has different wants and needs for exactly what they want to learn and how they like to learn it, so we have put together some hairdresser training packages for salons and hairdressers in Scotland.
We’re also accustomed to putting together bespoke creative training sessions for you and your team if you have something different in mind.
Look and Learn Soirees
Creativity thrives when you take people out of their normal surroundings, which is why we source quirky and relaxed environments (they’ve even been known to take place in a pub with prosecco on hand!) for our soirees. We’ll showcase up to three looks (from the classic and salon-friendly to something more avant garde if you prefer) then hand over to the participants to take the looks forward.
Sometimes your whole team have a weakness and that’s best addressed in the salon. We’ll come into your environment and present that skill in a way that makes it new and interesting. Between us, our specialisms cover all the main elements of hairdressing, so this would be a perfect way to get your team up to speed on bobs, balayage, bridal or any other discipline that isn’t quite as good as it could be right now.
Hairdressing Training for Young People
School pupils and college students see things differently. They don’t want you standing there talking at them; they want to see, feel, touch and get involved, so we put together upbeat, easy-to-understand lessons that allow them to learn one skill. We love seeing the confidence that mastering a specific updo or blowdry will give them and always get lots of positive feedback from these training sessions.
